Questions
Should I drop Greg Jennings and/or Dez Bryant? (Non-PPR)
Greg Jennings has injury issues and Dez Bryant has too many drops.
WR's Available: Brian Hartline, Andrew Hawkins, Malcom Floyd, etc.

Absolutely not. Many people will want those guys simply based on name. Jennings will be tough to move because he's injured, but look around your league and try and trade Bryant. Someone who has depth at a position you need will likely be open to buying low on Bryant. For the record, I think Dez will come around, but yeah in standard formats he won't be as valuable as PPR

I have Dez & Hartline in one of my leagues. Bryant's last game still produced about 20 points for me, but imagine how it would've been if he never broke off routes or dropped balls thrown directly into his hands? I think the Cowboys have a tough matchup after a bye week, but Dez will come around. You have depth at WR so getting rid of either one won't kill you, but none of your available receivers are greater than the two you currently have. I'd hold on to both.

I agree with Naveen.. try to trade the first.. But If I had to choose it would be drop Dez for me.. He's not even close to being consistent to me. Jennings has been injured but I know he is more reliable when he does come back healthy. If no one wants to trade for him then pick up FLoyd or Hartline.. Hartline over Floyd if it's PPR.
