A case for taking a flyer with LaRod Stephens-Howling?

Non PPR league:

Starting:
QB: Peyton Manning (SD)
RB: Fred Jackson (Ari)
RB: Mikel Leshoure (Phi)
WR: Andre Johnson (GB)
WR: Victor Cruz (SF)
R/W: Malcolm Floyd (Den)
TE: Martellus Bennett (SF)
D/ST: Arizona (Buf)
K: Greg Zeurlein (Mia)

Bench:
QB: Eli Manning
RB: Alex Green (Hou)
RB: Pierre Thomas (bye)
RB: LaRod Stephens-Howling
WR: Denarius Moore (Atl)
WR: Josh Gordon (Cin)

Most of my match ups this week are against strong defenses, but it's hard not to start your stars (though Andre Johnson has yet to perform to his potential). I think the line up I have is probably optimal, but am wondering if I might get more mileage out of LaRod than one of the others. He's got a shot at taking over as starter against one of the worst run d's in the league, so I'd expect he'll try to make the most of any carries he's given. All this assumes Arizona doesn't sign a free agent this week to fill in.

The lineup you're starting right now looks good to me. We still don't know what the split will be for the Cardinals, also that offensive line is so bad, even Buffalo could shut them down. The only thing I'd do is try to pick up a better TE. I don't think Bennett will do so well injured and against San Francisco.

Thanks for the reply. After I posted I picked up Celek as a FA and dropped Moore. Also swapped out LaRod for Vick Ballard since Donald Brown is out.

I'd actually rather Moore than Gordon, but picking up Celek seems like a good move to me.

Yeah I would grab moore back and drop gordon
