I have an open flex spot and I'm trying to decide between starting Julio or Lynch in the spot?

Julio every time. Lynch good but not a great rushing matchup for him this week.

Agreed. Julio is a WR1 every week. If he is a flex consideration who in hell do you have in your 2 WR spots?

For RB's I have Mendenhall, Bush and Lynch For WR's I have Hartline, Torrey Smith, Jones and Wayne. The league is setup for 1 RB, 1 WR and 2 Flex RB/WR

If they are your WR I would favour Jones then you could have Wayne and Lynch as flex.

Jones and White are like Star Trek movies - they alternate. This week is White's turn. I'm surprised there are two people better than Jones on your roster at WR though.

I'd say this - if you're up against a better team this week, go with Jones for upside. If you're up against a worse team, play it safe with Lynch.

I'd say Lynch. Julio is so up and down. Of course, ATL is playing a shitty Oakland D, so both he and Roddy could go off. Still I think I'd bank on Lynch, since you know he'll get the carries.
