Vick (vs DET), Luck (@ NYJ), or Ponder (@WSH) -- Who should I start this week?

Note: I'm starting Kyle Rudolph at TE. Don't have any Eagles or Colts players currently in the line up.

Rest of line up looks like this: DeMarco Murray, Reggie Bush, Doug Martin (Flex), Calvin Johnson, Dez Bryant, Seahawks, Greg Zuerlein.

Cromartie will Likely shadow Wayne as he did to my Andre Johnson last week one catch 15 yards I got. And I keep getting hurt by Vick as my quarterback and may start kiln this week against buffalo.

I'd take ponder no pass rush in Washington plus Rudolph is gonna have a big game so you'll double up.
