Ok, Do i start alex green or sidney rice at flex & do i start luck or rothlisberger

Start Ben.. great match-up and then I would go with Green.. like RB's more.. Rice is consistent.. I would expect him to get you 6-10 points, but no more than that.

I would absolutely start Sidney Rice in a game where the Seahawks will not be able to keep it close. If Pete Carroll doesn't elect to put the ball in the air this week then the 'Hawks passing game is truly a lost cause, not too mention they'd lose by 21+.

At QB, I'd start Roethlisberger based on matchup. The Jets, even without Revis, are still a fairly decent defence, whereas the Titans are just awful all around. Now for your Flex. I'm not buying into the Alex Green hype. The Packers are only averaging 22 rushing attempts per game, and that was with a RB who can actually run. Outside of his 41 yard run, Green had 14 yards rushing on 8 attempts (Somewhere right around CJ0K numbers) against a bad Colts run D. Then again, I wouldn't want to be starting Rice either. It's a toss-up between the 2 for me.

I would start Alex Green - Rice hasn't done much, and Green will be the #1 back, with an entire week of reps in practice. As for Luck... he's on a roll, but the Titans defense has given up 36 points a game, so Ben might be better this week.
