I'd go with Roberts. Kolb is looking to him a lot, and they clearly have some chemistry on the field, however the Cards offense is going to sputter at times this season. After that I would go with Williams. He's had either 100 yards or a TD in 3 of his 4 games this year (Against the Cowboys very tough pass D was the only game he didn't). This is assuming standard scoring, but even in PPR, my choices wouldn't be much different.

I rank them as follows: Kerley, Green, Blount, Roberts, Howling, and Williams. I like Roberts and Williams, but feel they are what they are, which will in the end be a 5-7 point player per week, not terrible, you could certainly do worse, but the upside of Kerley is much greater. For the RB's Blount will be getting more work and has the most talent of the 3, if this were PPR, I would actually think Green then Howling however.
