Questions
Which WR has the most upside?
In an 8-team non-PPR league, there are plenty of decent options on waivers. Which of the following do you think have the most upside: Crabtree, Jeremy Kerley, Cobb, Josh Gordon, Pierre Garcon, Kenny Britt, or Denarius Moore?

Pierre garçon. The only reason he hasn't put up good numbers since week 1 is his injury. He has the most upside for sure, he is their best receiver, everyone else you listed (except for maybe kerley) is not the main receiver for the team. Pickup pierre garçon

Out of these options, Britt has the most upside. When he's healthy, he produces like a WR1, but the problem is he's never fully healthy. Cobb and Moore have big upside as well, but are very inconsistent. Garcon, when healthy, is also a very good option as in week 1 he was RGIII favorite target before he got injured, and he should put up consistently big numbers when he's back. Gordon and Kerley are flash in the pan players that will be incredibly boom-or-bust. And Crabtree will consistently give you decent numbers, but nothing over the top. My rankings would be Britt > Garcon > Crabtree > Cobb > Moore > Kerley > Gordon.

randall is the cobb to my corn. i like cobb, especially with benson out for 8 weeks. i think the packers are gonna go back to throwing a lot and continue to find ways to get cobb the ball. plus, he's had a lot of success out of the backfield so far this season, and i know he's not harvin but i would love to see mccarthy give cobb more of a harvin-like role.
