Going with Decker, but for other 2 WR
Blackmon, Steve Smith (CAR), Torrey Smith (concussion probably rules him out), Fitzgerald, or Danario Alexander?

Oh, I thought you were saying you needed to decide on your 2nd WR, my bad. Yea, Smith/Alexander is what I'd do.

I understand where you're coming from with Alexander, but here's my take on it: you can't dump a guy after one bad game. If everyone did that, there would have been times this season where people were considering sitting literally all 10 of the current Top 10 WR Scoring Leaders, which we know probably wasn't happening. Granted, Danario is no Calvin Johnson, Brandon Marshall, or AJ Green...but he's definitely very skilled, and unfortunately he plays a very volatile position, at which even the Superstars have their off-days. Yea, a goose egg stings a little more than a 3 or 4 point day, but its the same principle...he went out, had an off day, and should bounce back. The skilled ones always do...and I know the sample size on Alexander is pretty small at this point, but from everything I've seen out of him so far, he's definitely got game. It's your call, ultimately, and I'm not saying I don't have a chance to be wrong, but that's just my take on it.

I agree in principle with not sitting guys after single bad games, it's just I'm not at the comfort level with Danario that I like to be with guys before I give them passes on weeks like that. That said, it's not like Blackmon or Fitzgerald are high confidence guys right now either. I'll probably give Danario another shot, but the Jets secondary is sneaky-ok and Blackmon is playing the Pats

True about the Jets D, but couldn't the same be said for Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, and Denver (Who he torched for 50 points combined)? I'm obviously far from calling him match up proof, and it is hard to trust him with such a small body of work, but I just think he provides the most upside. Blackmon's match up is tasty, but he's clearly behind Cecil Shorts as the #2 WR on that team, and Chad Henne has been experiencing quite a recession since his 30 pointer 5 weeks ago. Blackmon's scenario seems harder to trust.

Steve Smith over the last 3 weeks has been the Smith of old, it just so happens that over the last 3 weeks Newton has put his SUPERMAN undies back on and looks like he is out of his slump. Alexander is still a hit or miss guy and Torrey most likl;ey is out, plus Flaco is struggling right now. Go with Steve worst case he will give you 80 yards may even find the endzone as a bonus

Fitz has been regularly the worst of the WR's I have for the whole season. He's a lost cause for me I think

Smith and Blackmon for me. I just don't get behind Danario after last week, IMO.

Jets tough vs the pass so no on Danario. Smith is out. Fitz, well it all depends on how competent his QB's are, and in ARizona, they've been, to be charitable, "uninspiring".

Really eating my words after telling a handful of people to go with Danario Alexander last week, but I still am the highest on him out of all those. Fitzgerald is unplayable with AZ's QB situation, and Blackmon still hasn't displayed enough consistency to warrant trusting him in a finals/semi-finals scenario.

Steve Smith is kind of a curveball, because he has actually starting stepping up these last 3 weeks, and has the much more advantageous match up against a pretty porous Oakland secondary. One thing I'm not a fan of with Steve Smith is how little of an opportunity he has to score. Granted, 2 of these have come in the last 3 weeks, but with only 3 TDs on the season, for the most part he's really gotta pile the yards on to be a smart play. Really having only done that 4 times this season (Weeks 1,2, 8 and 14), it's hard to love him. That, and he's lost a step now that he's creeping up there in age, which was what always made Steve Smith "Steve Smith," if you know what I mean.

This is too close for me to call definitively...Alexander if you want to play the higher upside player, Smith if you want to play the better match up. I'd recommend upside over match up, but that's just me.

I need 2, since I flex a WR (RBs are Foster and Peterson so I never bothered grabbing a 3rd). Basically 2 of Blackmon, Smith, Danario. I'm leaning Smith/Danario, but Alexander almost cost me a trip to the ship with his 0 this week so I'm a little bitter
