    So both have tough match-ups.. After a lot of thought.. I would go Brown here.. Spiller is the better back in Buffalo, but coaches love Jackson when he is healthy. proved that all season. I would go with touches, which goes to Brown.

    In this situation you have to decide who is going to get more touches. Is F. Jackson gonna split carries with Spiller this week against the Rams? If yes that you wanna go with Bryce Brown even though he is going against the #1 Rushing D in the league. He won't have a stellar game but he is worth a Flex spot maybe RB2 if your desperate. Spiller is a viable option because of his explosiveness for a 30-40yd TD run but I think in the Red Zone this week Bills will look to the air or use F. Jackson up the middle rather than Spiller.

    last week Jackson had 60% of the carries. Apparently the coaches don't think he's a good "mudder" Check weather reports before considering Spiller.
