Olsen is fine too since the Falcons aren't great against TEs and Olsen is a better TE than Pitta, but Olsen didn't practice yesterday, so while he'll probably play, he's playing hurt. And with LaFell out, defenses can focus on him a little more.
But Pitta has the best possible matchup. I can't find one reason to play Lewis over either of these two.
