If Cecil Shorts is out, who is the best replacement? Avery, Floyd, or Thomas?
Need a WR3 to replace shorts just in case he's a scratch for Sunday. Avery put up some good #s last week, gets targets, but on average he doesn't produce as well as TY Hilton. Floyd is going against a strong D and is behind Alexander. Thomas is a bit of a stretch and gamble, but the ball will get thrown and Young/Broyles gone.I think Avery has more upside but Floyd is the safer play?

2RANDALL SENN (540 Reputation Points)I'd go with Avery of those 3. Thomas got cut from Jacksonville. I'd see the passes being thrown to LeShoure/Pettigrew and Megatron. I don't trust Rivers even against good matchups at this point.

1Giraud Lorber (500 Reputation Points)Thomas has had 3 receptions all year-- Stafford is just going to lean more heavily on Pettigrew. This week, Floyd will probably get you 6 points in a standard league. I don't love Avery, but he's getting a lot of looks in a pass-heavy offense going against the Titans, so I think he's the start.

1Andy Cochrane (110 Reputation Points)I think these are pretty much the same tbh. Shade Floyd I think.

1Danny B (396 Reputation Points)I agree that Avery has a good upside, but he'll at least be behind Wayne, and probably Hilton. Floyd is more of a WR2, so I'd go with him. The downside is that you're depending on Rivers to get him the ball, but I think San Diego will have to throw with how weak their running game has looked recently.
