WR trouble in two leagues...Denario Alexander or Steve Smith? Santana Moss or Brian Hartline?

no ppr standard scoring., Alexander is supposed to do well and smiths playing the chiefs. Moss and Hartline are playing division rivals...who to choose?
(I also could play Alexander and Smith over Randall Cobb but I'm pretty certain that would be a mistake)
