Need lineup advice.

My lineup is currently:

RGIII
Sproles
Jacquizz
Cobb
Megatron
Danario
Gonzalez
Seahawks
Hanson

Bench is:
F. Jax
Percy
Amendola
Knowshon
Palmer

Thinking about playing Knowshon in my flex spot but wondering if starting Sproles and Jazquizz tonight is the best call. It's a .5 PPR league. Just trying to figure out the best flex option before tonight so the sooner the better. Thanks.

I'd go Knowshon over Jacquizz.

I agree with Ashley. While Jacquizz is seeing more action, it's hard to bench someone who will get the majority of the carries even if the matchup isn't as great. Roll with Knowshon.

But would you keep Danario Alexander at the Bengals as the flex? or use 3 running backs in Sproles, Knowshon, and Jacquizz...my other options are injured (Harvin, Amendola) and Jackson isn't getting enough touches. Alexander would be my only competition for flex with Jacquizz.

I'd probably bench Jacquizz and keep Danario as the flex.
