I own and love Alexander. And the fact that he practiced fully with that thigh injury is great news, because this guy breaks so easily. He's not a bad play. That said, the key to beating Cincinnati is to throw to the #2 WR. They do a great job locking down the opponents top target, but aren't so great against the #2. Its possible that they'll focus on Gates, making Alexander the #2, but I dont know if it works that way. I think Alexander is the #1, meaning that Floyd will be the one that has the better game.

Alexander isn't a bad start because Rivers loves him. In a 0.5ppr he gets a nice bonus from his catches.

BUT, so does Sproles. Atlanta has a great secondary. New Orleans isn't not going to pass, so it would make a lot of sense for them to involve Sproles heavily in the passing game, especially if the Falcons are still beat up at LB.

I'd go with Sproles, but both are nice plays. (with sproles you also hedge in case alexander's thigh injury acts up later in the week)
