Final Sprint to Playoffs: Need Help With Trades

I have a solid team, but I'm worried it won't cut it for playoffs. Most of my team is good, but not great. I feel I need to trade for some big players.

QB: Cam Newton
WR: Cecil Shorts
WR: Stevie Johnson
RB: Chris Johnson
RB: Michael Turner
TE: Jason Witten
W/R/T: Steve Smith
K: Lawrence Tynes
Def: Baltimore

BN: Knowshon Moreno
BN: Johnathan Dwyer
BN: David Wilson
BN: Chad Henne
BN: Heath Miller
BN: Justin Blackmon
BN: T.Y. Hilton

I'm really lacking a big RB, I picked up Moreno, Dwyer, Wilson off waiver.
And I'm looking at Beanie Wells, maybe Doug Martin?

Its my first league so not too sure which RB to shoot for, considering what I have to trade.

Any suggestions helps

I agree that your RB's are a little weak, but I doubt anyone would be willing to trade you anything much better than Michael Turner at this point in the season. You could try to get one of the hurt RB's (McFadden, McCoy, MJD, Murray) from a team that needs to win now by giving up Moreno and a WR off your bench, but there's obviously a big risk with that. Unless you have a clueless owner, you're never going to get Doug Martin without giving up half your team.
