Drop Roethlisberger?
I have Cam Newton, Roethlisberger, and Carson Palmer in a 10-team league. Should I drop Big Ben because of the shoulder/rib injuries? The media is being very vague, saying he'll be out anywhere between 3-6 weeks. Thus, I'm having a hard time deciding whether I should drop Ben or Palmer. Playoffs start in Week 14 for this league, so I don't really want to carry dead weight on my roster.

0Anthony Best (381 Reputation Points)Yeah, I would keep Palmer and drop Ben and Cam.. Or trade them if you still can.. I as a 9er fan hate Oakland.. Never ever liked Palmer since his USC days and that's my favorite college team!! that shows how much faith I have in Cam that I would still rather have Palmer.. but need to get rid of one of them since no reason to keep 3 QB's.

0Nicholas Fritsch (500 Reputation Points)He seems safe to drop considering the other options you have on your roster. As tough as Roethlisberger is, it sounds like an injury they won't take any chances with considering he could risk nerve damage and/or damage to the aorta. He'll probably be out through week 13 and has a slate of SD, @DAL, and CIN weeks 14-16. The only favorable matchup is SD and he may not even play in week 14...
