Trade Miles Austin and LSH for Run DMC?
I need a RB bad but I was burned last year by Darren McFadden.

Rbs: Sproles, Andre Brown, LSH,
WR: Reggie Wayne Hakeem Nicks, Danario Alexander, Greg Little

    Kacee make the trade. McFadden is much to explosive of a player to not have on your team and you are not giving up a ton to get him.

    I don't like McFadden for the rest of this year (he wasn't that great before getting hurt and he always takes longer to heal than expected), but you don't have much to lose. Your roster of RB's is brutal, so I would probably do this trade just because of McFadden's upside. However, I think I would also be looking at waivers for someone like Ronnie Hillman or Beanie Wells if either are available.
