Am I crazy for considering trading RG3 for Spiller, straight up?
I have Peyton at QB, and currently my backs are Martin, MJD (out), Leshoure, Reece. WRs are also plagued with injury, so I was looking to throw in Reece for some added WR depth as well. But is RG3 for Spiller fair?

    I would say the downgrade from RG3 --> Manning is less than the upgrade from Leshoure ---> to Spiller. If you can make that deal happen, I'd say do it.

    I dont think its a downgrade at all. Manning has outscored RG3...at least in my league. And Peyton's schedule is MUCH easier the rest of the way. RG3, as crazy as it sounds, is this guy's (or girl's) backup.

    If you're in a 10 team league, its hard to move a QB because there are enough of them where every team can have two good ones.

    It's playoff time, man. If you want to bet the house on Spiller (which I absolutely would) and you have the depth to do it, make it happen. RGIII is nasty, but Spiller is averaging like 7 yards every time he touches the ball and is the most legit home-run threat in the NFL right now. Pull the trigger.

    Wait, I think I answered this earlier with Reece and Denarius Moore. Why didn't you take that deal? Getting Spiller and Moore for RG3 and Reece is a steal for you.

    It was a tentative trade we had talked about, but now he is trying to renegotiate it. It would be ideal to get Moore from him as well, but I'm not sure I could get him for Reece even though I think it'd benefit him as long as McFadden stays out.

    I'd push for Moore. Throw in a WR that you wont use (check the schedules and imagine your lineup with Spiller/Moore). So RG3/Reece/bench WR for Spiller/Moore.
