Late Answer for week 10 games but rest of season:
When Luck is confident enough to spread the ball around a little more, then Hilton is your guy. Until then hold off.

Cecil Short is a maybe. The reason being Blaine Gabbert's shoulder injury, could affect his play. Chad Henne is not great back up, either. Granted Henne looked good for the few minutes he played. But historically, he is not great QB. So if Gabbert is sidelined, than the Jaguars are going to go even more to the run game, which is how they run their offense anyways. If Gabbert stays healthy and the run core stays weak; then Short is a great pick up, regardless of the Jags awful pass protection.

I am a big fan, Darrius Heyward hyphen Bey. He is in the class of those receivers who are inconsistent, but somehow manage to make a big play right before they are to be dropped from relevance. Also I think him and Palmer have some chemistry. Late last season they were doing decent together. And before his minor concussion, they were starting to look like an dynamic duo. Now they are in the process of syncing up again. However, the last three game were against some less than stellar defenses. Out of three I would pick experience him.

    1 Hayward-Bey
    2 T.Y. Hilton
    3 Cecil Short
