Week 10 - Ryan Tannehill or Philip Rivers?

I have Aaron Rogers on bye, picked Rivers up on the waiver just for this weekend due to a favorable matchup. But with how Tannehill has been doing and his matchup... worth swapping? I have Hartline... would be nice to double dip on fantasy points if... WHEN they connect! Thoughts?!?!

I personally hate having a QB\WR pairing in my lineup (unless it's an elite pair) as that's always the week they just don't throw. I would go with Rivers as they'll have to throw against a tough Tampa Bay run defense in what might be a shoot out.
