Terrible RB situation!!!

I have Sproles, McFadden and D. Brown (all injured)... needless to say, I am in desperate help in the RB department. I currently have F. Jones and R. Brown starting. Should I roll with them or pick up one of these players: Ingram, Ivory, T. Jones, B. Tate, D. Williams ans/or Hunter? 12 team PPR league...
