Penguins' Olli Maatta (upper body) will miss 3-to-4 weeks
Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Olli Maatta will be sidelined for three-to-four weeks due to an upper-body injury.
The Penguins announced he has been released from the hospital after he spent the night there for observation. TSN's Darren Dreger reports Maatta's injury is muscular and not structural.
After a 29-point, 78-game rookie season, injuries limited him to just 20 games a year ago. Through 18 games this year, he's registered two goals and two assists.
