Auston Matthews' big game helps lift Toronto to a Game 3 victory
Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews had a goal and an assist on Monday as the Leafs needed overtime to score a 4-3 win over the Washington Capitals.
All three games in this series have gone to overtime so far, and Toronto holds a 2-1 series lead.
Matthews had a tremendous rookie season, posting 69 points (40 goals and 29 assists) in 82 games. His 2.3 Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength was the third-highest mark among Leafs forwards with at least 15 games played in the regular season.
