New Jersey Devils goalie Cory Schneider will be starting on Thursday night against the Ottawa Senators.
Schneider has been victorious in three of his last four starts, including stopping 28-of-30 shots in a victory over the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday. He's 18-16-8 on the season with a pair of shutouts while allowing 2.66 goals per game and recording a .912 save percentage.
Despite the recent success, numberFire's models rank Schneider as the fourth-worst fantasy goalie out of the 16 starters in action on Thursday. We project him for 2.3 goals allowed, 23.4 saves made and a 49.0 percent chance of winning.
