Thomas Greiss gets a home start for the Islanders on Monday

New York Islanders goalie Thomas Greiss will be in goal as the Toronto Maple Leafs come to town on Monday night.

What It Means:

Greiss struggled in his last start, allowing five goals on only 24 shots faced versus the Detroit Red Wings on Friday. Monday, though, he gets a start at home, where he has won three consecutive starts and owns a 10-4-1 record with a 2.25 goals-against average and a .924 save percentage.

Our models have Greiss as a middling option in Monday's three-game slate with projections of 2.5 goals allowed, 24.6 saves and a 55.0 percent chance of securing the win.
