Allen has struggled recently, but was solid in his last start, allowing just one goal on 23 shots in a winning effort over the Chicago Blackhawks Monday night. He's 17-9-3 this season, with a .905 save percentage and 2.61 goals-against average. The Hurricanes are scoring 2.51 goals per game (19th in the NHL).
