Nashville Predators are starting Pekka Rinne in goal on Tuesday versus the Minnesota Wild.
Rinne has been downright awful in December, posting a 3-4-1 record with a 3.57 goals against average and a .867 save percentage this month. To make matters worse, he gets to face a Wild club that has won 10 straight while averaging 3.8 goals per game.
Our models have Rinne as a middle-of-the-pack goalie option with a projected 2.1 goals allowed, 24.2 saves, and a 52.0 percent chance of winning.
