Tampa Bay's Ben Bishop (lower body) sidelined three-to-four weeks

Tampa Bay Lightning goalie Ben Bishop (lower body) is expected to miss three-to-four weeks.

What It Means:

The injury occurred during Tuesday's victory over the Detroit Red Wings. After leading the league in goals-against average last year, Bishop has struggled to a 9-10-2 record this season. He's allowing 2.79 goals per game and owns a .907 save percentage that is his worst since a seven-game 2010-11 campaign. Andrei Vasilevskiy will take over goalie duties for Tampa Bay.

Through 12 starts (14 appearances) this season, Vasilevskiy is 7-4-1 with a .923 save percentage, 2.41 goals-against average and a pair of shutouts.
