The Winnipeg Jets and defenseman Jacob Trouba have finalized terms on a two-year, $2.5 million contract.
The 22-year-old restricted free agent had been holding out, hoping for either a trade or a new deal.
Trouba tallied six goals and 21 points for the Jets last season. Winnipeg currently ranks 24th in numberFire's NHL Team Power Rankings.
