Alex Ovechkin finds back of net twice, adds helper in Capitals' win
Washington Capitals winger Alex Ovechkin scored two goals and an assist in Thursday's 4-3 overtime victory over the Winnipeg Jets.

Ovechkin's assist in the first period on Nicklas Backstrom's netter gave the Capitals an early lead. He then extended the advantage to 3-0 in the second, before finally ending the night with a power play game-winner after the Jets managed to force overtime.
Ovechkin now has six goals and three assists through 10 games this season, recording at least one point in six of his last eight contests. His possession numbers are strong, evidenced by a 54.2 Corsi For Percentage and 2.0 Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength.
