Mike Condon making season debut for Senators Thursday night

Ottawa Senators goalie Mike Condon will make his first start of the season for Ottawa as they take on the the Vancouver Canucks Thursday night.

What It Means:

Condon was acquired by the Senators on Wednesday after Craig Anderson had to step away from the team for personal reasons. He's made one appearance this season, relieving Marc-Andre Fleury for the Pittsburgh Penguins back on October 22 while stopping all seven shots he faced. Playing for the Montreal Canadiens last season, Condon went 21-25-6 with a 2.71 goals against average and .903 save percentage.

Our models project Condon to allow 2.31 goals on 24.97 shot attempts in his Senators debut. We also give him a 57.0 percent chance of picking up a victory.
