Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews found the back of the net four times as the Leafs fell 5-4 to the Ottawa Senators in overtime on Wednesday.
What It Means:
Matthews, the rookie first overall pick, burst onto the NHL scene in a big way. This was the first time in NHL history that a player scored four goals in their first NHL game.
