Bruins plan to buy out Dennis Seidenberg

Boston Bruins defenseman Dennis Seidenberg will have his contract bought out.

What It Means:

Owner of a full no-trade clause, Seidenberg wanted to stay with the Bruins, but Boston is ready to move on.

He had one goal and 11 assists in 64 games last season. Seidenberg -- who will be entering his age-35 campaign this winter -- put up a 46.9 Corsi For Percentage, his worst mark since the 2009-'10 season.
