Hurricanes acquire Teuvo Teravainen, Bryan Bickell from Chicago
Bryan Bickell and Teuvo Teravainen have been traded from the Chicago Blackhawks to the Carolina Hurricanes.
What It Means:
The 'Hawks will get a second-round pick (50th overall) in the 2016 NHL Draft and a third-round pick in 2017.
This past season, his first year of more than 34 games, Teravainen tallied 13 goals and 35 points in 78 games. He posted a 51.0 Corsi For Percentage and -1.4 Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength. Bickell has been with Chicago since the 2006-'07 season, and he totaled two helpers in 25 games last year.
