Blues want to sign Jaden Schwartz to a long-term deal
St. Louis Blues forward Jaden Schwartz is a top priority for the Blues this offseason, according to Blues' general manager Doug Armstrong, who wants to ink Schwartz to a long-term deal.

The 23-year-old forward is a restricted free agent after completing a two-year deal worth $4.7 million. Schwartz had 28 goals and 63 points in 75 games in 2014-'15 and 22 points in 33 appearances during an injury-shortened year in 2015-'16. He added four goals and 10 helpers in 20 playoff games this season.
He posted a 53.5 Corsi For Percentage, which is right in line with his career average, and a career-worst -0.6 Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength.
