Letang didn't meet the media, and Pittsburgh coach Mike Sullivan didn't provide an update on his status. All signs point to Letang being available for Game 1, but we won't know for sure until closer to game time. The 29-year-old has two goals and 10 points in 17 postseason games in 2016. The Pens can't afford to be without Letang under normal circumstances, but the fact Trevor Daley (ankle) isn't available makes him even more important.

Letang, 29, totaled 16 goals and 51 helpers in 71 games this regular season. He owned superb possession numbers, too, recording a 54.9 Corsi For Percentage and and 4.0 Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength. In these playoffs, Letang has scored two goals and dished out eight assists in 17 contests.
