Washington Capitals goalie Philipp Grubauer allowed two goals on 21 shots in Sunday's 2-0 loss to the Anaheim Ducks.
Grubauer got the start so Braden Holtby could get an extra day of rest after playing on Saturday night.
The 24-year-old backup finishes the season with a 8-9-1 record in 2015-16. He has a 2.32 goals against average and .918 save percentage this season.
