Anaheim Ducks winger Corey Perry scored the game-winning goal in Sunday's 2-0 win over the Washington Capitals.

What a second half of the season by the Ducks. After getting off to a slow start this year, they managed to come all the way back to capture the Pacific Division crown. Finishing in top spot in the Pacific means Anaheim will avoid their in-state rivals, the San Jose Sharks and Los Angeles Kings. Instead, the Ducks will have a first-round date with the Nashville Predators.
