Taylor Hall totals three points in Oilers' final game at Rexall Place
Edmonton Oilers winger Taylor Hall scored a goal and added two assists as Edmonton bid farewell to Rexall Place in style Wednesday night, thumping the Vancouver Canucks by a score of 6-2.
What It Means:
The Oilers played at Rexall Place, originally known as Northlands Coliseum, since 1974, when they were in the World Hockey Association. Next season, they are moving into a new downtown arena, Rogers Place. On Wednesday, Hall and rookie sensation Connor McDavid each had a goal and three points.
