Florida's Vincent Trocheck scores, dishes out assist
Florida Panthers winger Vincent Trocheck scored a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens.
Trocheck opened the scoring at the 11:46 of the first period. He also assisted on Jiri Hudler's second-period goal. Trocheck finished the game with a plus-2 rating, two penalty minutes, three shots on goal and four hits. The 22-year-old has picked up eight points in his last five games. He has 21 goals and 48 points in 70 games this season.
Despite the uptick in production, both his Corsi For Percentage (50.9) and Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength (1.5) are at career-low levels. We project Trocheck to net three more goals and dish out five more assists the rest of the season.
