Detroit Red Wings center Riley Sheahan (illness) will not participate in Wednesday's matchup with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Sheahan skated Wednesday morning for the second straight day, but he wasn't involved in line rushes. He has seven goals and 13 points in 49 contests in 2015-'16.
Our projections see him totaling four more goals and six more helpers over the final 31 games. In his third season, Sheahan's 50.2 Corsi For Percentage and -4.6 Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength are career lows.
