Doan's goals were 14 seconds apart. His first goal was the result of a lucky ricochet that bounced to front of the net on a dump-in. The second resulted in Doan following his own rebound which he was able to tap it into the back of the net.

The goals were Doan's seventh and eighth goals of the campaign, giving him 14 points in 24 games. Our rest-of-year projections have Doan netting nine more goals with 11 more assists over the remainder of the campaign.
