Taylor Chorney, Justin Williams record assists in Washington win
Washington Capitals defenseman Taylor Chorney and winger Justin Williams each recorded an assist in a 2-1 win versus the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday night.
What It Means:
Prior to Wednesday's contest, Chorney hadn't registered a point since November 21. He has no goals and three assists in 21 games this season. Our rest-of-season projections peg him for one more goal and five more helpers the rest of the way.
It was Williams' first assist since November 12. He now has eight goals and 19 points in 30 contests in 2015-'16. We project him to score 14 more goals with 19 more assists over the remaining 50 games.
