Aleksander Barkov tallies a goal, two assists in Panthers' victory
Florida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov scored a goal and dished out two assists in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the New York Islanders.
What It Means:
Barkov gave the Panthers a 2-0 lead with his goal at the 7:25 mark of the second frame. He also picked up assists on goals by Aaron Ekblad and Jonathan Huberdeau.
The 20-year-old has seven goals and 16 points in 21 games in 2015-'16. Our rest-of-season projections have Barkov tallying 27 points over the final 46 games, which would give him a career-best point total of 43 points.
