T.J. Oshie, Nicklas Backstrom each tally three points in Capitals' win
Washington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie scored two goals and added an assist to help the Capitals defeat the Pittsburgh Penguins, 4-1, in Pittsburgh Monday night.
What It Means:
Nicklas Backstrom also had three points for the winners -- a goal and two assists. Backstrom now has 10 goals and 17 assists on the season.
Oshie, who produced both of his goals in the third period Monday, also has 10 goals this season, with seven assists. The other Washington scorer Monday was John Carlson (five). Carlson also picked up an assist (18).
