Rangers' Kevin Klein out two-to-three weeks with oblique strain
New York Rangers defenseman Kevin Klein will be sidelined for two-to-three weeks because of a strained oblique.
He was forced to exit Monday's game versus the Carolina Hurricanes due to the injury.
Klein has six points and a plus/minus of plus-11 in 25 games this season. In 65 games a year ago, he tallied 26 points and finished with a superb plus/minus of plus-24. We had him projected for 18 more points over the remainder of the year, but that will need to be adjusted in light of this news.
