3 NHL FanDuel Values to Target on Monday 11/15/21

Spending lower in any daily fantasy lineup is a way to incorporate some diversity into your roster. In NHL DFS, there is typically more value in this strategy but also a good deal more risk. This is especially true on tonight's slate, where there are lots of lower-salaried plays. Plugging in these options will afford you more chances to play some studs, as well.

Monday night features only two contests on the slate. Let's search for a little value.

Anthony Cirelli, Center, Tampa Bay Lightning

FanDuel Salary: $4,200

The Tampa Bay Lightning center is playing a ton of minutes and has two or more shots on goal in four consecutive games. Anthony Cirelli has played 21+ minutes in five straight contests.

Cirelli has three goals and six assists on the season already and four of those real-world points have come over the past five games. That includes generating 12 scoring chances.

This is an easy decision to make while saving some dollars to spend up elsewhere on Monday.

Robby Fabbri, Wing, Detroit Red Wings

FanDuel Salary: $4,000

With a small slate, taking risks on lesser-known value forwards holds some weight. Robby Fabbri has again been a nice surprise in the early going for the Detroit Red Wings.

The forward has fired 19 shots on goal in his last five games despite seeing fewer than 16 minutes a night during this time. He is averaging greater than three scoring chances a game as well.

The winger has been excellent in creating opportunities for himself and his linemates making a Detroit stack a bit more appealing on Monday night.

Jake Bean, Defenseman, Columbus Blue Jackets

FanDuel Salary: $3,800

The Columbus Blue Jackets' defenseman has the fourth-highest point projection among defensemen on Monday night.

Though Bean can have some adventures on the defensive side of things, there is little doubt in his value especially on this short of a slate. He is also playing more than 22 minutes a night in a dramatically increased role.

It can be quite the challenge to roster defensemen on this short of a slate but Bean has held his own. He is just 23-years old and has increased his blocked shots to 1.5 per game along with his 1.5 shots on goal per game. That floor could climb even higher in time.
