Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals have a 12-2-4 record against Western Division opponents this season. Does that trend continue when the Preds come to town?

Another chapter will be written in the Battle of Alberta tonight when the Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames renew acquaintances in the Provincial capital. This rivalry was recently reignited when Matthew Tkachuk and Zack Kassian got into it in their last matchup, so it will be interesting to see if there is any fallout from that incident. Like Kassian acknowledged earlier this week, the war is won in the standings, but I'm nevertheless excited for tonight's battle. Here's hoping that intensity is seen in all of tonight's games.
