NHL Daily Fantasy Helper: Friday 12/30/16
With a great matchup on a short slate, Brent Burns is one of the night's top plays. Which other players should you target in NHL DFS?

A good chunk of you probably already play daily fantasy football, and I'd be willing to bet a significant portion have also tried out daily fantasy basketball and baseball. But hockey? Hockey?

It's time to give it a try over on FanDuel.com because it's a ton of fun. And our analysis and projections can help you win.

To help, take a look at some goalies, high-priced skaters, and lower-priced players to target for today's slate.

Goalies to Target

Aaron Dell ($7,700): Dell is really the goalie play on this slate. Options are pretty limited with only eight teams in action, and there is so much working in his favor. The San Jose Sharks are the biggest favorites on the slate at -175, and (pending a couple of teams naming a starter for tonight) he looks like he's also going to be the cheapest of the day's starting goalies. That's already enough to make him a serious value, but he also adds to that the upside of potentially getting to rack up a big save total. The Philadelphia Flyers rank fifth in the NHL in Corsi For per game, so Dell should face plenty of shots in this one.
