3 Daily Fantasy Hockey Stacks for 3/17/16
The San Jose Power Play is in for a big night against the Coyotes. What other teams should you aim to stack players from?

San Jose Sharks

Players to Stack: Patrick Marleau, Brent Burns

FanDuel Price: $12,900
DraftKings Price: $14,100

Marleau is on the Sharks' third line at even strength, and Burns is on the second defensive pairing, but they play together on the team's top Power Play unit.

Any time you can get a strong Power Play unit against the Coyotes, your eyes should light up. The Coyotes rank 25th with a 78.4 Penalty Kill Percentage, and making that especially appealing is the fact that they allow the second most Power Play opportunities per game. The Sharks are fifth in the league with a 22.2 Power Play Percentage, giving them a massive edge in that area that is perfect for putting together a stack in daily fantasy.

The Coyotes will be starting Mike Smith in net tonight, and he hasn't been playing great hockey on the season. He's sporting a .908 Save Percentage and a 2.91 Goals Against Average on the season and has given up three or more goals in four of his last five starts.

Both Marleau and Burns have played very well on the Power Play this season, and among Sharks averaging at least one minute of Power Play time on ice, they have the two best Corsi For Percentages in those situations. Marleau also ranks third on the team in on-ice Power Play Goals For per 60 minutes, sitting only 0.2 goals back from first. They also rank first and third on the team in Shots on Goal and will have no shortage of opportunities against Arizona.
